What's new
Plain-language notes for each ship listed in the project status on October 24, 2026. A clock time shows as Unlisted when that file does not state one. Notes without a time are listed after the ones that have a time. That order is not a claim about which happened first.

You can save a deal, and the county search stays paused
You can save a deal and the repair costs you type. If you leave a cost blank, it stays Unlisted. The app does not fill in a price.
The weekly county search on the admin discovery page runs only after someone resumes it. It refuses live clerk calls, and no county is cleared for that search.

Ranking, a lender notebook, and a log of contacts you already made
You can set how far back the score looks, and which counties you care about. The reasons stay on the score.
You can save a status, notes, tags, and a follow-up date on a lender. A saved note stays put when the site reloads.
The outreach log is a written record of a contact you already made. The app does not send a call, a text, or an email. Those switches stay locked off.
The pricing page is a preview. There is no checkout and nothing is billed.

Search methods and source links, still on saved examples
The finder can search custodian names, follow a lender to the next name, and follow an originator who assigns a loan. Those searches run on saved examples.
Clerk connectors read saved examples only. Every county stays turned off until a person clears that county's terms.
Each loan on a lender profile has a source link. Watchlist alerts stay in the app. The email switch is off, and no mail is sent.

Sale prices from the free Florida sale file
The comps page reads the free Florida Department of Revenue sale file. It keeps only arm's-length sales, qualification codes 01 and 02.
It shows the median price and the 25th to 75th prices. An offer appears only when you type a percent of the median.
After-repair value stays Unlisted because the file has no living area. Days to close stay Unlisted because the file has a sale month, not a closing day.
Lafayette County 2026 Final is included, with 1,662 sales. Other counties can be loaded with the sale-file script. That script was not run against the live database.

Tax rolls for 66 of 67 Florida counties
The 2026 tax rolls are loaded for 66 of 67 counties. 56 are Final. 10 are Preliminary because Final is not posted: Broward, Dade, DeSoto, Escambia, Flagler, Holmes, Liberty, Monroe, Santa Rosa, and Washington.
Those files cover 11,069,299 parcels, 3,676 lender-owned entity owners, and 100,941 repeat entity investors.
The saved copy keeps every lender-owned row and the top 150 investors per county (all of them in Polk), 16,817 owner rows.
Jackson County is missing. The state's portal has no Jackson tax roll. Its Final slot holds a sales file. It needs a records request.

Directory of Florida lending companies and Polk owners
The directory and lender profiles include 12,266 active Florida companies whose names say they lend, from the free Sunbiz quarterly file. That file had 13.0 million records scanned. Officers and the registered agent are shown as the state published them.
The Polk 2026 Final tax roll has 436,919 parcels. It shows 116 lender-owned entity owners and 3,923 repeat entity investors.
A lender profile matches Sunbiz and the tax roll only on an exact normalized name.
A live check at 07:40 CT on Oct 24 confirmed those directory counts, and that turning a watchlist star on was saved.

Saved switches and the watchlist survive an update
The live site stores feature switches, users, the watchlist, and the activity log so they remain after the site is updated.
A switch that is locked for legal review cannot be turned back on from that saved data.
