Terms and acceptable use

These rules ban illegal outreach and discrimination. Locked features stay off.

What LendMapper is

LendMapper finds and organizes private and hard money lenders from public records. It is not a lender, a mortgage broker, a real estate broker, or an investment adviser.

This text is a product rule. It is not legal advice, and no attorney has approved it.

Acceptable use

You may use LendMapper to read and organize public records and the notes you type.

You may not use it for illegal outreach. That includes calls, texts, and emails the law does not allow. The app does not send those. Switches for automated calls, texts, and emails stay off.

You may not use it to discriminate. Scoring and marketing are not a reason to treat someone differently because of a protected trait. A fair-housing review of scoring is a separate item and stays off until an attorney clears it.

You may not try to turn on a locked feature from inside the app. Referral fees, selling data, holding other people's money, and AI voice without consent stay off until an attorney signs off outside the app. This page does not sign off on them.

South Carolina public records stay in an analysis lane. They are not a list for solicitation. That switch stays off.

Records and rates

A loan keeps its county, book and page, instrument number, source link, and the time it was pulled.

An interest rate is shown only when the recorded document states it. Otherwise the screen says Unlisted. The app does not estimate a rate.
