How long records are kept
This is the product schedule by document type. It is not a statute and not legal advice. No attorney has approved it.

| Document type | How long it is kept |

| Clerk index row (mortgage, assignment, assignment of rents, satisfaction, deed) | Kept while that county is in the product. Each row must keep its source link, pull time, county, book and page, and instrument number. |
| Tax-roll summary | Replaced when a newer precomputed summary is loaded. The snapshot date is kept so an old file can be refused. |
| Sunbiz entity row | Kept from the free quarterly file that was loaded. Replaced when a newer file is loaded. |
| Watchlist entry | Kept until the signed-in owner removes it. There is no automatic expiry. |
| Note, tag, or follow-up date you typed | Kept until the signed-in owner removes it. A self-serve delete button is not built yet. |
| Outreach log row | Kept as a written record. It has no sent status, because nothing is sent. |
| Audit log row | Kept. A normal save does not delete it. |
| Demo lender row | Labeled test data from the build spec. It is not a live clerk download and is not mixed into a retention claim about real records. |
