This covers public-record data and the notes you type. Selling data is switched off.

Drafted 2026-10-24. Not legal advice. No attorney has approved this text.

Public-record data

Lender and property facts come from public records, including county clerk indexes, the Florida Sunbiz corporate file, and county tax rolls.

Each stored record keeps its source link and the time it was pulled. An address that Florida law marks exempt is not shown from the enrichment step.

Public-record data is used to organize lenders inside the app. The switch for selling data is off. LendMapper does not sell leads.

Data you type

Notes, tags, follow-up dates, watchlist choices, and the outreach log are data you enter. The outreach log is a written record of contacts you already made. The app does not send a call, a text, or an email from that log.

The admin sign-in uses a password stored as a secret on the host. The password is not written into the repo and is not shown on screen.

There is no button yet that deletes your notes on request. That deletion flow is not built. Ask the product owner if you need something removed.

What this policy does not do

This is not a lawyer's privacy review. No attorney approval date is on file.

LendMapper does not contact lenders, borrowers, or homeowners.
