Why a rate says Unlisted

A rate is shown only when the recorded document states it.

If the document states an interest rate, the loan shows that rate and a link to the source.

If it does not, the screen says Unlisted. A blank is not treated as zero, and the app does not estimate a rate.

Missing dates and amounts say Not stated.
